Superior Rigging & Erecting Co. Hosted Food Drives Resulting In 4,400 Canned Food Donations
Orlando, Florida, January 5, 2018 (Newswire.com) - Superior Rigging & Erecting Co., with locations in Atlanta and Orlando, hosted canned food drives in December which resulted in approximately 4,400 canned, non-perishable food donations which benefited the Atlanta Community Food Bank and the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida. Some of the food items collected will benefit Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Maria relief efforts.
The Atlanta location hosted an internal competition in conjunction with the food drive, “Fill the Boss’ Office with Cans,” where employees filled the office of Patrick Lewis, president of Superior Rigging & Erecting, with donations. Lewis matched the total of donations and the one office was able to collect 3,500 canned food items.
