"Overcomer" License Awarded to Christian Apparel Giant

Georgia Film Company Continuing Successful Partnership with Kerusso

On the heels of a licensing agreement stretching back several years, Kerusso is partnering again with the Kendrick brothers’ film company for their new venture, OVERCOMER, which traces the career and spiritual journey of high school basketball coach John Harrison. The Kendricks have produced hit films like WAR ROOM, COURAGEOUS, and FACING THE GIANTS.

Kerusso, the world’s leading producer of Christian apparel, has been awarded the exclusive license to OVERCOMER, as well. Kerusso founder and CEO Vic Kennett is ready to get going with the new line.

“I’m super excited to be working on another Kendrick brothers film as the official apparel licensee. ‘Overcomer’ will be another fantastic film about forgiveness, perseverance, and understanding who we are in Christ.”

Kerusso plans to launch the new line in the upcoming summer catalog.

The movie stars Alex Kendrick, Priscilla Shirer, Shari Rigby, Cameron Arnett, and introduces Aryn Wright-Thompson.

The film opens nationwide in theatres August 23rd.
